Service Description

6 week program, 12 (1.5 hour) on ice sessions, 9 (1 hour) off ice sessions, and 3 College Seminars. Following each on ice session off-ice training will be held upstairs at the Arctic Edge with Trainer Aaron Stickel. 3 Seminars will be held in the conference room at the Arctic Edge following on ice sessions and players will attend instead of off ice training. *Parents are welcome* 3-5 Skaters per group- Enter the list of names in group on the next page. EACH PARTICIPANT IN GROUP HAS TO REGISTER SEPARATELY *Note- All Sessions Cancelled Week of July 4*
